A well balanced early harvest olive oil with grassy aromas, a medium fruit intensity and a bitter spicy lingering taste. The aim was to catch the olive oil quality of 400 polyphenol value. Assumed the harvest and care of the olive groves can hold in high regards together with our own plants. Only the finest fruit from selected trees is used for this exceptional olive oil yielding and a very limited quantity per year with the highest level of polyphenols from the south-Aegean region varieties
